Our laser-cut precision wood movement trays are easy to finish and flock with various paints. The trays are sturdy and can handle both plastic and metal figures with ease. Movement trays help you move your army on the tabletop, and they also help you prevent damage to your figure's paint job by minimizing individual figure handling. You can also purchase a perfectly sized magnetic or flex steel insert for your tray if you like to keep your figures magnetized. Magnetizing your miniatures' bases minimizes tipping and, therefore, damage.

LITKO® Formation Movement Trays are precision laser cut and include one 3mm-thick platform, two side rails, and one front rail.

Each rail measures 4mm wide and provides a 3mm thick lip around three sides of your tray. Overall tray thickness is 6mm.

Our Standard Formation Movement Trays provide a tight fit for your bases. Choose our ROOMY trays for a bit of wiggle room.

Formation Movement Trays are supplied unassembled and unfinished. Paint and flock available.

You can magnetize your trays with Magnet, Heavy Duty Magnet, or Flexible Steel Inserts (sold separately from trays).

  • Magnetic Inserts are suitable for miniatures based on metal bases or bases with LITKO Flexible Steel Base Bottoms. These inserts are only 0.020 inches thick and come with a peel-n-stick wax paper backing for easy assembly.
  • Heavy Duty Magnetic Inserts are suitable for miniatures based on metal bases or bases with LITKO Flexible Steel Base Bottoms. The Heavy Duty Insert is better for heavier miniatures. Heavy Duty Inserts are 0.030 inches thick and come with a peel-n-stick wax paper backing for easy assembly.
  • Flexible Steel Inserts are suitable for miniatures that have LITKO Magnetic Base Bottoms. Flexible Steel Inserts have no magnetic attraction, but magnets will stick to them and do not suffer from magnetic alignment issues that you can experience with magnet-to-magnet installations. Flexible Steel Inserts are 0.025 inches thick and come with a peel-n-stick wax paper backing for easy assembly.
