Shipping & Returns

General

LITKO Game Accessories offers the industry's largest selection of game accessory products... over 8000 to choose from. We're able to offer this selection by making your order ON DEMAND. Please allow up to 1 week for us to prep your order and get it shipped out to you.

We ship to all 50 United States and other countries abroad. Orders currently take about 5-7 days to process and leave our shop (also referred to as lead time). Custom orders can take up to an additional 2-3 days. U.S. Customers that use Priority Mail can usually expect their package to be delivered in under 2 weeks.

This shipping policy represents an agreement between LITKO (we, us) and you (the customer). Please read it. Placing an order with LITKO represents your acceptance of this agreement.

Free Shipping to the United States and Canada (some exceptions apply)

UNITED STATES

We ship most packages via either FedEx or USPS Ground Advantage to all 50 United States free of charge for purchases over $100. If your order qualifies, you will see a free shipping option.

CANADA

We ship most packages via FedEx to all of southern Canada free of charge for purchases over $100. If your order qualifies, you will see a free shipping option.

Unfortunately we are unable to ship free of charge to the three Northern Territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut). Orders over $100 USD do qualify for a reduced rate for our friends in the north.

Domestic (USA) Shipping Options

  • Our Best Way ($7.59 flat rate for light parcels, typically delivered via USPS Ground Advantage)
  • Free shipping over $100 for consumers and retailers (Our best way).
  • FedEx Express 2-Day
  • USPS Priority Mail (3 to 4 days typical delivery time)
  • UPS Ground (5 days typical delivery time)
  • UPS 2nd Day Air

Note: Priority Mail is not considered an express service because it does not have a guaranteed delivery date.

If your domestic shipment encounters a problem please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a search using the carriers inquiry or search procedures. We will work with you to resolve delivery and missing package issues.

These procedures can occasionally take some time. For mail that has gone missing we will issue a refund after that process has finished. For missing USPS mail for instance, we can start a missing mail search seven days after the original date of mailing. If you are not satisfied with that timeframe of resolution, please choose a higher class of shipping service like FedEx Express, which can be tracked and resolved much faster.

THIRD PARTY RESHIPPING SERVICES

If your order is shipping to a 3rd party reshipping company (for further shipment overseas, for example), LITKO specifically disclaims any responsibility for lost or missing packages. If there is any paperwork that LITKO needs to fill out, there will be a minimum $25 documentation fee. By placing an order on our website and directing LITKO to ship to a 3rd party reshipper, customer agrees to accept this fee. If the customer refuses to pay this fee, the customer is responsible for all fees and charges to collect and return shipped merchandise back to LITKO for a refund (normal refund procedures and exclusions apply).

International Shipping Options

International terms of sale are considered Free Carrier (FCA) (our dock) and the buyer, by placing an order, accepts this.

FedEx is our preferred carrier for shipping parcels abroad due to long delays  using other carriers. Services include:

  • FedEx International Economy
  • FedEx International Priority

International customers are responsible for applicable duties, taxes and fees (with the exception of Canadian customers... duties, taxes and fees are prepaid for Canadian customers).

International customers are responsible for supplying their email address AND a phone number so that it is easy for the carrier to contact them to arrange delivery. Failure of the customer to provide their phone number on the original order is the customer's responsibility. We will make an attempt to get this information if it was not supplied, but it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to supply this information with the original order.

LITKO provides tracking information via email or SMS service. Customers can also see tracking information by logging into their account and checking the specific order they are expecting. Please use this information to track your package as it makes it way to you. If there is a problem and the customer fails to contact us within 5 days of a delivery exception, LITKO will unlikely be able to fix the situation.

If a package is returned to us due to a delay by the customer in either paying import duties or failing to make arrangements to receive your package from the carrier in a timely manner, any refund due from goods being returned back to us will be less the original shipping charge AND less the return shipping charge.

Other Notes

RUSH Processing

LITKO does not currently offer rush processing. Selecting Priority Mail, FedEx Express, or any other specific shipping method DOES NOT eliminate the lead time described above. Selecting Express or Priority shipping options only shortens the time your package spends in-transit.

Dual Addressing

Please only include a single shipping address on your order. The most common way a customer will 'dual address' their order is by including both a street address and a PO Box. For example:

John Smith
123 Main St
PO Box 456
Anywhere, IN, 12345

Orders with a PO Box will be shipped by appropriate carrier regardless of what the customer has selected for a preferred carrier. See USPS publication 28, Sec. 215.

FedEx and UPS do not deliver to PO Boxes.

LITKO will do it's best to get your parcel to you using as similar a class of service as is available.

Returns

We stand behind the quality of our products. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 90 days for a full refund of the purchase price of the product**.

Please use our contact page if you need to return an item. Please include a description of why you need to return the item (defect, incorrect item, wrong item ordered, etc).

Returns MUST HAVE an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number assigned by one of our representatives. Returns without an RMA will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

**Does not apply to custom items or shipping costs.
