Shipping & Returns

LITKO Game Accessories boasts the largest selection of game accessories in the industry, with over 8,000 products. We can offer this vast range by crafting each order ON DEMAND. Please allow up to one week to prepare and ship your custom order.

If you have trouble selecting your shipping method using our online store or have any concerns about your package getting delivered properly, don't hesitate to contact us.

 

General Shipping

Where does LITKO ship?

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and internationally to countries where permitted by law.

This shipping policy represents an agreement between LITKO (we, us) and you (the customer). Please read it. Placing an order with LITKO represents your acceptance of this agreement.

What methods of shipping do you use.

We ship orders using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The available shipping options may vary based on the destination, order size, and selected service level.

  • Our Best Way ($7.59 flat rate for light parcels, typically delivered via USPS Ground Advantage)
  • Free shipping over $100 for consumers and retailers (Our best way).
  • FedEx Express 2-Day
  • USPS Priority Mail (3 to 4 days typical delivery time)
  • UPS Ground (5 days typical delivery time)
  • UPS 2nd Day Air

Note: Priority Mail is not considered an express service because it does not have a guaranteed delivery date.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders without custom items will take 5-7 business days to process and leave our shop.

Shipping time will vary based on carrier. Selecting Priority Mail, FedEx Express, or any other specific shipping method DOES NOT eliminate the lead time described above.

How long will it take for my custom order to ship?

Orders with custom items will take 7-10 business days to process and leave our shop. Custom items include any configurable product or product you and our designer create. It may take longer depending on the order size, complexity, and required approvals.

Shipping time will vary based on carrier. Selecting Priority Mail, FedEx Express, or any other specific shipping method DOES NOT eliminate the lead time described above.

How can I track my order?

LITKO will send you an email as soon as your order reaches our production floor (Please note this may take 3-4 business days). You'll get another update when your order is packed and ready to ship—and a final one when it's officially on its way to you!

You will then receive tracking information.

Can you RUSH my order?

LITKO does not currently offer rush processing. Selecting Priority Mail, FedEx Express, or any other specific shipping method DOES NOT eliminate the lead time described above.

Selecting Express or Priority shipping options only shortens the time your package spends in-transit.

Dual Addressing

Please only include a single shipping address on your order. The most common way a customer will 'dual address' their order is by including both a street address and a PO Box. For example:

John Smith
123 Main St
PO Box 456
Anywhere, IN, 12345

Orders with a PO Box will be shipped by appropriate carrier regardless of what the customer has selected for a preferred carrier. See USPS publication 28, Sec. 215.

FedEx and UPS do not deliver to PO Boxes.

LITKO will do its best to get your parcel to you using as similar a class of service as is available.

Domestic Shipping

Do you offer Free Shipping?

We ship most packages via either FedEx or USPS Ground Advantage to all 50 United States free of charge for purchases over $100. If your order qualifies, you will see a free shipping option. You must select this option to receive free shipping.

Help! My order is lost!

If your domestic shipment runs into any issues, please reach out to us right away. We'll initiate a search through the carrier’s investigation process and work with you to resolve any delivery or missing package concerns.

Please note that these procedures can sometimes take a bit of time. For example, with USPS, we can begin a missing mail search seven days after the original ship date. If a package is officially declared lost, we’ll issue a refund once the process is complete.

If you'd prefer a faster and more trackable option, we recommend upgrading to a premium service like FedEx Express, which offers quicker resolution and more reliable tracking.

International Shipping

An Important Note About Contact Information

International customers must provide both an email address and a phone number when placing their order. This ensures the carrier can easily reach you to arrange delivery. If a phone number is missing, LITKO will attempt to follow up—but it remains the customer’s responsibility to include this information at the time of purchase.

Tracking information is sent via email or SMS and is also available by logging into your LITKO account and viewing your order status. Please use this information to monitor your shipment. If there’s a delivery issue, you must contact us within 5 days of a delivery exception—after that, our ability to assist may be limited.

If a package is returned to LITKO because of delays in paying import duties or failure to coordinate with the carrier for delivery, any refund will be reduced by both the original shipping cost and the return shipping fee.

Do you offer free Shipping

For our neighbors to the north (Canada)
We ship most packages via FedEx to all of southern Canada free of charge for purchases over $100. If your order qualifies, you will see a free shipping option. To receive free shipping, you must select this option.

Unfortunately we are unable to ship free of charge to the three Northern Territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut). Orders over $100 USD do qualify for a reduced rate.

At this time, we do not offer free shipping to any other country.

How will my order be shipped?

Due to long delays using other carriers, FedEx is our preferred carrier for shipping parcels abroad. Services include:

  • FedEx International Economy
  • FedEx International Priority
Will I pay duties, taxes and fees?

International customers are responsible for applicable duties, taxes and fees (except for Canadian customers... duties, taxes, and fees are prepaid).

Third Party Reshipping Service

If your order is being shipped to a third-party reshipping service (for overseas forwarding, for example), please note that LITKO is not responsible for any lost or missing packages once the shipment reaches the reshipper.

Should any additional paperwork or documentation be required by the reshipper or destination country, a minimum documentation fee of $25 will apply. By placing an order through our website and directing it to a third-party reshipper, you acknowledge and accept this fee.

If the fee is declined, the customer is responsible for any and all costs associated with retrieving the package and returning it to LITKO before a refund can be processed.

Returns

What is your return/exchange policy?

We stand behind the quality of our products. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 90 days for a full refund of the purchase price of the product. Please note that this does not apply to custom items or shipping costs.

Use our contact page if you need to return an item. Please include:

  • A description of why you need to return the item (defect, incorrect item, wrong item ordered, etc).
  • Your first and last name
  • Your order number
  • Your LITKO account email

Excluding any of this information will lead to a delay of your refund or exchange.

Returns MUST HAVE an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number assigned by one of our representatives. Returns without an RMA will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
