TAXES: Unless otherwise specified in writing by LITKO (on a sales order, or invoice, for example), the prices stated on our website do not include sales, use, excise, or any other tax, duty, fee, or charge which may now or in the future be imposed by any governmental authority (foreign, federal, state, or local) on the production, sale, or shipment of the Goods. The buyer may be responsible for the payment of sales or use tax to their respective governing authorities.
