Welcome to the LITKO Game Accessories FAQ page! Here, you'll find answers to common questions about our products, custom orders, shipping, and more.

General

Where are your products made?

LITKO products are designed, manufactured, packaged, and supported in the USA in Valparaiso, Indiana. We use materials from both domestic and imported sources.

What method of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Venmo, and Amazon Pay.

Why does the color on my computer look different from the product I received?

Lighting conditions and screen displays can affect how acrylic colors appear. The glossy surface also makes online images less accurate. Additionally, color may vary between supplier batches, so our sample ring is just a reference. If the exact color is crucial, please request a sample before ordering.

Do you offer expedited processing or shipping options?

LITKO does not currently offer rush processing. Selecting Priority Mail, FedEx Express, or any other specific shipping method DOES NOT eliminate the lead time.

Selecting Express or Priority shipping options only shortens the time your package spends in-transit.

Shipping & Returns

How long will it take for my custom order to ship?

Orders with custom items will take 7-10 business days to process and leave our shop. Custom items include any configurable product or product you and our designer create. It may take longer depending on the order size, complexity, and required approvals.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders without custom items will take 5-7 business days to process and leave our shop.

What methods of shipping do you use.

We ship orders using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The available shipping options may vary based on the destination, order size, and selected service level.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We stand behind the quality of our products. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 90 days for a full refund of the purchase price of the product. Please note that this does not apply to custom items or shipping costs.

Use our contact page if you need to return an item. Please include:

  • A description of why you need to return the item (defect, incorrect item, wrong item ordered, etc).
  • Your first and last name
  • Your order number
  • Your LITKO account email

Returns MUST HAVE an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number assigned by one of our representatives. Returns without an RMA will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
