Bloody battles were fought in the early medieval period shortly after the fall of Rome. Track cohesion as fighting units takes casualties and effects combat and morale tests.

2 Cohesion sets numbered 1-6. Cohesion represents the fighting quality of each unit and starts the battle at it's highest. As units take casualties their cohesion drops making them less effective in combat. Once the unit reaches zero cohesion, it is considered destroyed.
