When characters suffer from exhaustion they experience a cascading series of effects as they get more exhausted culminating in death. Tracking these effects can be critical to keeping your character alive and knowing what limitations they have for performing actions and their ability to defend themselves. Track the state of exhaustion from 1-6 with scroll-shaped tokens with reminder text.

This set includes the following tokens in translucent blue

• Characters are at a disadvantage on any ability checks.

• All the effects from above and movement speed is halved.

• All the effects from above and disadvantage on all attacks and save rolls.

• All the effects from above and maximum hit points are halved.

• All the effects from above and movement speed reduced to zero.
