Introduction

LITKO Game Accessories ("LITKO," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to litko.net and to information we collect offline, such as orders placed by phone or email.

Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

  • Information you provide to us. When you place an order, create an account, contact us through our website contact form, or sign up for marketing, we collect details such as your name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, phone number, order contents, and any information you include in messages to us.
  • Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of your transaction and limited billing details, but we do not collect or store full payment card numbers on our own systems.
  • Information collected automatically. When you visit litko.net, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you interact with the site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies and Tracking Technologies" below).
  • Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from providers that help us with payments, fraud prevention, analytics, advertising, and order fulfillment.

You can browse most of litko.net without telling us who you are. You provide personal information only when you choose to.

How We Use Your Information

  • Process, fulfill, and deliver your orders, and provide order updates and customer support;
  • Communicate with you about your orders, questions, and requests;
  • Send marketing communications, such as new product announcements and promotions, by email or text message when you have opted in (see "Text Message (SMS) Marketing" and "Email Marketing" below);

  • Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information only as described below:

We share information with companies that perform services on our behalf — such as our e-commerce platform, payment processor, shipping and fulfillment carriers, our email and text-message platform, and customer-support and form providers.   • Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LITKO, our customers, or others.
  • Business transfers. If LITKO is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
  • With your consent. We may share information in other ways when you direct or permit us to.

Text Message (SMS) Marketing

If you opt in to receive text messages from LITKO — for example, by checking a consent box at checkout or on a sign-up form — we will use your phone number to send messages such as order updates, promotions, and product announcements. We send marketing texts only to people who have given express consent, and consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of text messages will not affect the other ways we communicate with you about your orders. Full program terms are in our Terms of Service.

Your mobile information and your text-message opt-in or consent status will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share this information with vendors who help us deliver text messages, such as our messaging platform provider and phone carriers, solely to provide the messaging service.

Email Marketing

If you have provided your email address or opted in to our mailing list, we may send you marketing emails such as new product announcements, catalogs, and promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by contacting us. We will still send you transactional messages related to your orders.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Cookies are small text files that websites, including litko.net, place on your device. LITKO is based in the United States, and we process and store information in the United States. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and we will provide more prominent notice of material changes. Where required, we will obtain your consent — for example, separate opt-in consent for text-message marketing — rather than relying on your continued use of the site.
