A quick update on your LITKO order

A quick heads-up about your recent order.

A severe storm came through our area of Indiana and knocked out power to our shop — along with more than a quarter million homes and businesses around us. Everyone on the team is safe, and so is your order. But our laser cutters and printers are offline until power is restored, so production is temporarily paused.

What this means for you: your order will be delayed. With an outage this widespread, we don't have a firm timeline yet, and we'd rather be honest about that than guess. Here's what we can promise:

• Your order is safe and holds its place in line — we build in the order received.
• The moment power is restored, production restarts and we'll work through the queue as fast as we can.
• We'll post an update, even if the update is "still waiting on the power company."

You don't need to do anything — you'll get your normal shipping confirmation when your order heads your way.
