In 11th Edition, Every Unit Has a State. Now Every State Has a Token.

11th Edition didn't just update the rules — it added new things to track. The Hidden mechanic is brand new to the edition. Battle-shock now carries weight across multiple turns instead of clearing automatically. Objectives, movement types, and modifiers have all gotten more involved. That's a lot to hold in your head during a game, and verbal reminders only work until someone forgets.

We built something to fix that.

The LITKO 11th Edition Token Master Set is 42 UV-printed, double-sided 25mm tokens made from 3mm (.125") clear acrylic, covering every core unit state in 11th Edition. Each physical token tracks two related game states — flip to switch between them. One set. Everything covered.

What's in the Set

  • (10) Grey-Blue 25mm Hidden/Action Tokens
  • (8) Orange-Red 25mm 1/2 Strength/Battle Shocked Tokens
  • (6) Pink-Purple 25mm Regular/Home Objective Tokens
  • (6) Blue-Yellow 25mm Advance/Fallback Tokens
  • (6) Red-Green 25mm Stationary/Normal Move Tokens
  • (6) Red-Green 25mm -1/+1 Modifier Tokens

The double-sided format is what keeps the set lean. Instead of a separate token for every single state, each piece covers a related pair — Hidden on one side, Action on the other. Flip it. No separate pile of tokens for each state, no hunting for the right marker mid-game. Six token types cover every core situation in a single purchase.

Hidden is the headline new mechanic in 11th, and there's nothing else on the market built specifically for it yet. These are the first dedicated Hidden/Action tokens for the new edition — place one on any eligible unit inside a terrain area and both players have a clear, unambiguous read on that unit's status for the rest of the phase.

Battle-shock is bigger in 11th than it was in 10th. It carries over between turns now, which means tracking it accurately actually matters in a way it didn't before. A token on the unit is the only reliable way to make sure nothing slips through when the next Command phase rolls around.

Color coding handles the rest. Six distinct color pairings mean you can read the table at a glance from across the board. No confusion between token types, no second-guessing which marker belongs to which mechanic.
