Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: August 1, 2025

1. Parties & Jurisdiction

This referral program ("Program") is offered by LITKO Game Accessories ("Company", “we”, “us”), and is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Participation in the Program constitutes agreement to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

  • Referrers must be at least 18 years old and reside in the United States.
  • Referred customers must be new to Litko.net and must not have previously placed an order.
  • Referrers must obtain the consent of the Referred before submitting their contact information.

3. How the Program Works

Referrers share a unique referral link or code provided by www.litko.net. The Referred must use this link or code when placing their first order. Once the Referred's qualifying purchase is completed and confirmed, both the Referrer and the Referred will receive a discount code for future use on www.litko.net.

4. Reward Structure

  • The Reward consists of a discount code for both the Referrer and the Referred.
  • Discount code value (e.g., percentage off or fixed dollar amount) and specific terms (minimum order value, expiration date, etc.) will be displayed on the Program landing page or promotional materials.
  • Each Referrer and Referred may receive only one discount code per qualifying referral.
  • Discount codes are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable.

5. Qualifying Referral Criteria

  • The Referred must be a new customer and must place a fully paid first order using the Referrer’s link or code.
  • The order must be confirmed and not be cancelled, refunded, or charged back within 30 days of purchase.
  • Referrals from the same household or self-referrals are not eligible.
  • LITKO reserves the right to cap the number of referral rewards per Referrer per month (limits will be posted on the Program page).

6. Issuance of Reward

  • Once the qualifying order is validated, discount codes will be delivered via email or Litko.net account notification within 30 days.
  • If the Referred’s order is refunded, canceled, or disputed, neither party will receive the discount code.
  • Issued discount codes will include terms of use, including expiration and minimum order requirements.

7. Privacy

Referrers must ensure they have the consent of the Referred before sharing their information. All participant data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By participating, users agree to receive program-related communications from LITKO.

8. Fraud, Abuse, and Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify participants suspected of fraud or abuse. This includes using multiple or fake accounts, self-referrals, automated referrals, or any activity that violates the spirit of the Program.

9. Program Modifications

LITKO may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to www.litko.net.

10. Limitation of Liability

LITKO’s total liability in connection with this Program is limited to the value of the discount codes provided. We are not responsible for technical issues, lost or misdirected emails, or delayed fulfillment of discount codes.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be governed by Indiana law and resolved exclusively in the courts of Porter County, Indiana. Participants waive any right to a jury trial.
